ELEM's Outreach Vans and street work
Outreach teams build direct, personal connections with young people through consistent presence, meeting them where they are and without judgment, and developing trust over time.
The teams provide immediate support, a listening ear, practical assistance, information, and guidance based on the needs they encounter on the ground.
When needed, young people are referred and accompanied to ongoing care and community services, including welfare, healthcare, education, and employment support.
The outreach model makes it possible to reach young people who are unlikely to seek help on their own, identify risks at an early stage, and reconnect them with trusted adults and the support systems available to them.
