Guidance and Training

Each year, ELEM trains thousands of professionals, managers, and frontline staff from the education, welfare, healthcare, local government, and nonprofit sectors across Israel. Our lectures, workshops, professional development programs, and study days combine the latest research and best practices with more than 40 years of hands-on experience working directly with adolescents and young adults facing risk and distress.
ELEM’s daily work on the ground provides a unique window into emerging trends, challenges, and patterns affecting young people, often as they are developing. This enables the organization to equip professionals with practical tools, proven methodologies, and field-tested insights that strengthen their ability to identify risk, build meaningful relationships with young people, and deliver effective interventions that create lasting change.
